Shot in northern Minnesota about 200 miles from where I live. I haven't got much info on the kill yet. Hope to get more intel on the hunt tomorrow but holy crap! Biggest wolf I have seen in a long while!

i'd hate to run upon a pack that size! Sheesh.

The snout on that thing looks like a bears!

well your close SRT. The info I got claims it weighed in at 225lbs. That's about all the info I could get as the info came from my buddies brothers friends friend (who is the one who shot it)... if that makes any sense. :? No idea on the rifle he used to drop the wolf or how long he had been hunting it. :(

The pic WW posted I recently saw on the internet under Minnesota wolves but others have claimed it was shot somewhere outside of MN and that wolf weighed in at 280lbs.

If you look at that first pic. The forlegs are half as big again as that mans arms. I've personally never seen a wolf or dog that big. That thing is huge.
