Hello i was talking to a friend that owns a pro shop , Apparently orock oboma is passing a bill on paintball markers , you will need a permit and renew it every 2 years , To own a paintball marker .
Is this true or false? Please shed some light .

I'd probably have to hop on the bandwagon and say it's "false." Like Doug said, we need to be ever vigilant. These bills have a way of creeping up, unnoticed, and sneaking themselves into laws. However, they have ways of hiding themselves, too.

If it looks like a gun, there are people that want to ban it. I think my own stance on the Second Amendment is known... :gunslinger:

I wouldn't be worried about paintball guns (It's a bit harder to define and control than firearms for one)

I would agree that with the lineup on deck for the offices in washington however, there is some legitimate concern regarding gun regs. That's why I'm building my G36 NOW.
